The Aerialist's Companion
The Aerialist's Companion is a step by step guide for aerialists of all levels. The movements throughout the book are built upon the aerial silks (or tissu) foundation knowledge & safety for unique poses. It's recommended the those who use this guide already have experience with the basic aerial silks techniques. ERRATA: The following text was mistakenly omitted from Page 23. If you purchased a copy of this book prior to January 2013, please make note of the correction in your copy: "Begin with an invert between the ribbons, crochet your legs, & cross the silks behind your back, pay attention to the crossing, cross the silks right over left. Bend your knees into a squat position. Take each tail & loop them over each bent knee. Cross the tails behind your back once again, it is important to cross EXACTLY as the first cross, right over left. If the second cross is different, you will completely out & onto the ground, risking injury or even death. Do not take this drop lightly!"
