It's Raining Zebras
While the diagnosis of Hypermobile type Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) is on the rise with spreading awareness, it remains largely unrecognized by healthcare providers. Because they tend toward injuries and chronic pain, individuals with hEDS are disproportionately likely to seek care, including acupuncture, and odds are good that you’ve already treated one or more patients with hEDS without realizing it. Now you can learn to better recognize and treat them.
